Kigali

Kigali is the administrative capital of Rwanda in East Africa.
The city of Kigali is not the usual touristic place, as it is strictly an administrative center of the country. After the civil war in Rwanda recently, even fewer are the remaining points of interest. Some of the landmarks include the crafts market in the centre of the city and the Muslim Nyamirambo district with a nice mosque.
Another rather sad landmark in Kigali is the Genocide memorial center, which was build in memoriam of the 1 million Tutsi and moderate Hutu peoples slaughtered in 100 days of planned genocide by the Hutu rebels.
