Baguio is one of the most clean and green cities of the Philippines.
The city of Baguio is one of the first touristic spots in the Philippines with its golf course build in 1905, its parks and numerous other attractions.
Baguio may be called the golf capital of the Philippines as it has not 1 but 3 professional golf courses. the 1905 Kennon Road, the Baguio Country Club and the recently refurbished Camp John Hay course in the former American base, which is now transformed in a world class resort. In the Camp John Hay area is located the biggest pine tree conservation area in the Philippines.
Baguio city is also renown with its Burnham Park, situated in the central part of the city, with its lagoon , skating rink, athletic field and stadium, basketball and tennis courts and biking zones. Another interesting site in the parks is the Bencab's Museum in the center of the man-made lagoon.
