Moldova, formally it is called “the Republic of Moldova” is a non-coastal country in the Eastern Europe positioned between Romania from the west and from the north, east, and the south with the Ukraine. Moldova took its name from the Moldova River. The vale of that river had been a political hub while the Moldavia's Principality was established in 1359. However, the source of Moldova River is not known. There is a legend saying that prince Dragoş named the river, after he has hunted an aurochs. However, his got tired from chasing, Molda was drowned in the river,it is said that the name of the dog has been given to the river.
Moldova's closeness to Black Sea provides a soft and sunlit weather. The nation is a parliamentary republic.
