Mullerthal

On the Echternach region of Luxembourg, you'll find the Mullerthal, or the ‘Little Switzerland of Luxembourg'. The place is famous for its unique rock formations, specifically sandstone formations, caverns or caves which resulted from the flowing river hollowing out Berdorf, the central portion in the area.
 There are also clear lakes and breathtaking waterfalls to be seen in the Mullerthal. Verdant forests also form part of this tourist attraction. Aside from hiking, you can also bike on the trails – an activity you'll surely enjoy because of the fresh air and the beautiful scenery. Swimming in the lakes is also something pleasurable that visitors should try.
