Berdorf

Berdorf is a small town found in the eastern portion of Luxembourg. The town is also known as Little Switzerland. It is considered part of the Grevenmacher district, specifically under the canton of Echternach. Berdorf is well known because of the sandstone rock formations that envelope the area. It is easy to get to the town. Once you're in Luxembourg, you just have to proceed to Echternach and there you'll see signs that point to the way to Berdorf.
Highly recommended activities that people can do in the area are biking, hiking and rock climbing, with climbing as the most famous activity. Hiking and biking may be enjoyed by everyone, whether children or adults. Imagine breathing in the fresh air while walking through or riding by beautiful landscapes found in Berdorf. Climbing on the other hand will require getting a permit from the government first, and once you have that permit, you can start climbing on the Wanterbaach area where you can expect 5-meter to 36-meter high routes.
