Triesenberg

Triesenberg is a small village in central Liechtenstein, which was created in the thirteenth century by Walser immigrants. This is the reason for the specific dialect spoken in the area and considered an important cultural heritage for the people of Triesenberg.
The Triesenberg area is situated just above the valley of Rhine river and under the highs of the Swiss and Austrian Alps  and offers wonderful base for both mountain and valley exploring for the experienced traveler. All the villages of the area are well equipped with all that any traveler will be needing.
