Triesen

Triesen is the second largest village of Liechtenstein and is known as the birthplace of the famous Franz Burgmeier. 
Triesen is known as a calm and peaceful village, which is perfect to serve as a base for exploring the neighboring Vaduz and Balzers. It is also a good starting point for any excursion in the Alps. 
Triesen has several landmarks like a weaving mill from the nineteenth century and several churches from the fifteenth century, which are considered historical and architectural monuments.
