Kenya is an African country known for its deserts and mountains, beaches and waters rich in coral reefs, and rich wildlife. This country is still developing compared to other countries, and visitors not used to poverty will normally experience shock the first time they step into Kenya. Kenyans have a strong love for their country despite their poor quality of life, especially because they have achieved independence from the British in the year 1963.
Kenya tourist attractions are focused on safaris and parks that serve as homes to wildlife such as leopards, lions, birds, etc. The Tsavo National Park is a good example. Bird watching is a popular activity in Kenya, not to mention snorkelling, trekking and ballooning. The largest city in Kenya is Nairobi and though it doesn't have a good reputation, specifically because of the crime rate, it appeals to party goers because of its handful of cafes and lively night life. If you like nature and night entertainment, Kenya is the perfect place.
