Copan

Copan is an ancient Mayan archaeological site.
The cite of Copan holds one of the best collections of Mayan ruins in the world. It has many pyramids and temples, an unique collection of statues of the Mayan rulers of the ancient city and many secrets still hidden in the surrounding jungles at the banks of the Copan river.
The cite of Copan is easily accessible from the city of San Pedro Sula and offers a wonderful opportunity to dig in the ancient secrets of the Maya civilization.
