Guayaquil

Guayaquil is the largest city in Ecuador with almost three million inhabitants. It is also the biggest sea port of the country, handling most of the import-export operations. Therefore it is one of the major destinations for businessmen who have business ties with Ecuador. But with its open-minded and friendly people, Guayaquil is trying to transform itself into a tourist destination.Although visited by businessmen frequently, Guayaquil offers some attractions to tourists as well.
