Zagreb

Zagreb is the capital of Croatia, located at the North, hosts the government and is the most important economic and cultural centre of the country. Despite having the national headquarters of foreign companies, the centre is rich of buildings of the 19th Century and has a medieval district.
Zagreb is plenty of artistic attractions, like the Cathedral of the Assumption in which old elements of the medieval cathedral are still visible, the St. Mark's church and also plenty of nice museums, like Muzejski Prostor, Mirimara Museum or the archaelogical one.
From the Lotrscak Tower you can admire Zagreb from above, while the Morgoj Cemetery is considered one of the most beautiful of Europe.
Do not miss the nice nightlife or having a coffee in the little streets of the medieval district.
