Valparaiso

Valparaiso is a sea city located in the central - southern part of Chile. It's one of the largest ports of the country. It has a wonderful bay and one of its features are the little streets that lead to the hills.
The heart of the old city is Plaza Sotomayor together with Caleta El Membrillo, a little harbour, where every day delicious fish is sold. Another point of interest is the Naval Museum with documents related to the importance of the port. However fans of the famous writer Pablo Neruda have the chance to visit his house, La Sebastiana, located in one of Valparaiso's hills.
