Hideaway
Check out the Hideaway. It's run by expats (from the Lone Star state) and really has a local feel (if anything in a tourist location can do that). Food is decent. Drinks are fine. Dennis Wolf (Just Another Gringo in Belize) plays there. Jimmy Buffet's been there (photos on the wall attest). All in all, it's a pretty cool time.
